Real estate photography and video in North Vancouver

North Vancouver rises off the water almost immediately, and the combination of grade, mature forest and outlook makes it the market on this list where aerials and twilight do the most work. A house set among tall trees on a sloped lot is genuinely hard to photograph from the ground: the canopy blocks the elevation, the grade hides the frontage, and the view exists from the deck rather than the street.

An aerial frame solves all three at once. It establishes where the house sits, how the lot runs, and what the outlook actually is, in one image that no amount of ground work replaces.

Which rooms hold the outlook, how steep the driveway is, and whether the property is under canopy. Those three answers determine the hour we book, whether an elevated frontage is essential, and how much of the exterior set is worth shooting from the air rather than the ground.

Where a property has a genuine view, twilight is worth the extra visit more often here than anywhere else we shoot, and we will say so rather than treating it as an automatic add-on.
