Silver Valley Studios Inc. is a real estate media company based in the Silver Valley area of Maple Ridge, founded by Sumeet Saini. We photograph and film listings across the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver for agents, developers and builders, and we produce ongoing content for local businesses.

Founder / Creative Director
Sumeet shoots and edits the work. Real estate, architecture and brand media, from HDR stills and cinematic property tours through to short-form video for local businesses. Sumeet handles the technical side of a shoot the bracketing, the blending, the colour so a listing looks the same in its last frame as its first. Sumeet will also tell an agent when a service is not worth the line item on their property.
Rhythm Nagpal
Co-Founder / Content Strategist
Rhythm runs the client side of every project, from the first enquiry through to final delivery. Rhythm handles creative direction and styling on shoots, decides what a space needs moved or removed before the camera goes up, and keeps schedules on track across a week of bookings. Rhythm is usually the person an agent hears from when a shoot needs to move or a listing needs something extra.
We shoot across the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver, and we plan a day around the property rather than around the map. That is what makes an early start or a twilight slot possible when a listing needs one, and it is why a booking gets scoped before it gets scheduled.
The work itself is not complicated. Arrive prepared, shoot the property properly, edit everything to one standard, and deliver when we said we would. Most of what agents describe as a bad experience with a media company is one of those four going wrong rather than a question of talent.

Listings are the core of it: houses, townhomes, condos, acreage and new construction. We also shoot architecture for the people who design and build it, and brand content for restaurants and small businesses across the valley. The equipment and the standard are the same across all of it.
