Cut for Orientation, Not for Pace

The Common Failure in Listing Video Is Speed. Footage Flies Through Rooms Because the Edit Is Trying to Be Exciting, and the Viewer Comes Out with No Sense of How the House Is Laid Out. We Shoot and Cut for Orientation First: Enter Where a Buyer Enters, Move in the Order the Rooms Actually Connect, Hold Long Enough for the Space to Register.

It Also Does a Second Job. A Seller Who Has Seen a Properly Produced Film of Their Home Knows the Listing Was Marketed Seriously, Which Is a Much Easier Conversation than Describing What You Did.

Three steps, no back and forth.

  1. 01

    Book the property

Choose what the listing needs. If you are not sure, send the address and the square footage and we will tell you what is worth shooting and what is not.

  2. 02

We capture it in one visit

Photography, video, drone and measurements in a single appointment, so the property is only prepared once.

Questions

How Long Is the Finished Video?
Long Enough to Cover the Home and Short Enough to Be Watched. Most Homes Land in the Range Where the Layout Is Clear without Repetition, and the Length Follows the Property Rather than a Template.
Do You Script or Voice It?
Voiceover and a Scripted Agent Introduction Can Be Added. Many Listings Do Not Need Them, and a Well Cut Silent Walkthrough with Music Often Performs Better on a Listing Page.
Can the Seller Be Home During Filming?
It Is Easier If Not. Video Is Harder than Stills to Shoot Around People, and Rooms Need to Stay as They Were Set.
