What areas do you cover?
We shoot regularly across Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby, Langley, Abbotsford, Coquitlam, Richmond, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Mission and Port Coquitlam. We also cover Chilliwack, Burnaby, New Westminster, Port Moody, Richmond, Delta, White Rock and Metro Vancouver, and travel further on request.
Do I need to be at the property?
No. Most agents provide access details and we send the files when they are ready. If you would rather be there, that is fine, and for a first shoot together some agents prefer it.
Should the home be staged first?
Staged homes photograph better, but an empty home shot properly and paired with a floor plan works well. What matters more is that the property is ready when we arrive: surfaces clear, blinds set the same way through the house, cars off the driveway, bins out of frame. We send a preparation checklist before every shoot.
Can I book photography and video on the same visit?
Yes, and it is the reason the packages are built the way they are. Photography, video, drone and measurements all happen in one appointment, so the property is prepared once and everything matches.
What formats do I receive?
Photographs come sized for MLS, for web and for print. Video comes in horizontal and vertical cuts as booked. Floor plans come branded and unbranded. You should not have to resize anything.
Do you shoot anything other than real estate?
Yes. We shoot architecture for builders and designers, and brand content for restaurants, cafés, fitness studios and other local businesses on a monthly basis.
How quickly are files delivered?
Photographs come back same-day. 2D Floor Plans come back within 24 hours, and video within 48 hours. That is the standard turnaround on a normal booking rather than a rush option, and it is one of the reasons the packages are built around a single visit: everything is captured together, so nothing waits on a second appointment before the edit can begin.
Do you cover my area?
Most likely. We shoot across the Lower Mainland, the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver, from Vancouver east to Hope and north to Squamish, and the locations hub has a page for each city with what we shoot there. If your listing is somewhere not listed, ask rather than assume — the answer is usually yes, and where travel makes it impractical we will say so before you book rather than after.
