Real estate photography and video in White Rock

White Rock is built on a hill above the water, and almost every decision about a shoot here follows from that. Homes on the slope have ocean views that vary enormously by floor, by room and by hour. A property photographed at the wrong time of day can lose the single feature that justifies its price.

The lots are steep, which also affects the exteriors. A frontage shot from the street on a sharply graded lot flattens the house and misrepresents how it sits. An elevated frame corrects that, and on the steeper streets it is the only way to show the property honestly.

A full photo set with an elevated frontage, interiors timed to the view, a floor plan, and frequently a twilight exterior. That is a larger package than we would recommend in a flatter market, and here it is genuinely earned rather than upsold.

The other White Rock factor is parking and access. The streets are narrow and steep, and on some properties the only workable position for an exterior frame is on the far side of the road. Knowing that in advance is the difference between a smooth shoot and one that runs long.
