Straightforward family stock near the Alouette
Yennadon is family housing north of the Lougheed toward the Alouette River, and it is one of the more straightforward neighbourhoods we shoot. The stock is largely conventional single family homes on regular lots, well maintained, in a part of the city that people move to and then stay in.
That is not a criticism and it changes the brief in a useful way. A property that does not have a dramatic feature is a property where craft matters more, not less. Bright accurate interiors, honest colour, exteriors that show the house as it actually presents from the street, and a plan that makes the flow legible.
What we usually recommend
A full photo set, a 2D floor plan and a vertical cut is the right package for most Yennadon listings, and we will generally advise against a full cinematic film unless the property has something specific to carry it.
Proximity to the Alouette and to Golden Ears is a genuine feature for buyers here, and where it is visible from the property it belongs in the exterior set rather than only in the listing text.
Yennadon sits west of Silver Valley and north of the main east-west corridor.
Why straightforward is not the same as easy
A property with an obvious feature almost photographs itself. A well-kept family home on a regular lot does not, and the difference between a competent set and a good one here comes down to consistency: every room lit the same way, every vertical straight, colour that matches from frame to frame so the house reads as one place rather than eleven.
That is unglamorous and it is what actually sells this stock, because the buyer is comparing your listing to four others that look broadly similar.
