It is a small market with a particular shape: acreage, recreation property and river frontage, priced well below anything to the west, and a long enough drive that a booking here is planned rather than fitted in.

The head of the valley
Hope is where the flat valley ends. Three highways meet here and the Fraser turns north into the canyon, and the town sits in the bowl at that junction with mountains close on three sides. It is the eastern limit of what we cover, and worth being plain about: a booking in Hope is a planned day rather than one we fit around something else, and it wants notice.
The market is small and quite unlike the ones an hour west. Prices sit well below Chilliwack for comparable ground, a large share of what sells is acreage, recreation property or river frontage, and a meaningful number of buyers are not moving for work at all — they are buying a second place, or leaving the Lower Mainland entirely.
What that changes about the shoot
When the parcel is the product, the parcel has to be shown. Aerial is close to mandatory on anything with land: boundaries, access, outbuildings, the river if there is one, and how the ground actually lies. A ground-level set on five acres shows a house and answers none of the questions a buyer has.
The mountains are close enough here that they are in almost every exterior frame whether or not anyone intended it, which is an asset if the shot is composed for it and a distraction if it is not. And on the houses in town the usual package does the job — photography, a plan, and a vertical cut — with the drive built into the schedule rather than discovered on the day.
